Egan is the co-owner of Komochi Technologies. She wears multiple hats and leads the human resources, information technology and legal operation efforts. Previously, Egan was a Software Engineer for multiple consultancy firms. She received her B.S. from the University of Virginia and her M.S. from the Virginia Commonwealth University.

Egan is the co-owner and Technology Director of Komochi Technologies. He received his B.S. from the University of Virginia and his M.S. from George Mason University. In business, he is passionate about continual improvement in all areas, but especially commercial leadership, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
